Position Summary
As a key member of the Student Affairs team, this position works under the direction of the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs to provide coordination and development of COPH student academic success support and undergraduate public health pathway programs. Coordinating and delivering individual and group student success initiatives for current COPH students. Conducting recruitment and Coordinating the development and delivery of COPH pathway recruitment and programming.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree

Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Healthcare, Social Science or related field

3. Demonstrated excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
4. Demonstrated excellence in analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
5. Ability to work independently as well as effectively in teams
6. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
7. Must maintain and respect confidentiality of information

Preferred Education: Master's degree or equivalent
